Hi, I’m Alina

Designer with a strategy brain and a creative heart.
Currently designing at Neurons, a neuroscience tech company where data meets design.

I'm the kind of person who can turn a blank page into a working concept in just a few hours. I love mixing storytelling, structure, and visuals that actually make sense and stand out. I’ve worked across branding, UI, marketing, and concept development, and I always think fast, iterate smart, and focus on creating something that works for the user and the business.

I’ve been designing since I was 10, back when Adobe CS2 was a thing. I still love Adobe tools and use Figma every day, even for creative layouts with autolayout because I’m detail-obsessed like that. I also love playing around with AI tools to boost my ideas. I never use them straight out of the box, I always polish, adjust, and fit them into my own visual setups. For me, they’re just a creative sidekick that helps me avoid boring stock images.

I’ve been the first in-house designer in a fast-paced startup and had to learn every possible thing about digital design. From branding and product to ads, decks, websites, and merch, I’ve touched it all. I move fast, aim for quality, and always want my work to feel unique and thoughtful.

I also have a background in industrial design and still play around with 3D in my free time. Fun fact: when I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming an interior designer but only made it as far as rendering the classic teapot in 3DS Max. Still learning and still obsessed.

Most of all, I love bringing good energy to the room, vibing with the team, and making things better with design.
